One of my passions as a wife and mother is working with families to optimise their health. Family life has become increasingly complex over the last few decades. We must navigate busy work, schooling and sport schedules, increased levels of stress and illness, more technology, and less time to fit everything in. It’s no wonder that our health is put on hold and we suffer. The last few years we have had to navigate a pandemic, lockdowns, border closures, home-schooling, working from home, job losses, illness and to top it all off major flooding and the ongoing lasting effects this has had on our health.

It is time to turn the tables and to put you and your family first, after all isn’t family the most important thing in your life.
