{"id":1261,"date":"2017-10-28T11:58:03","date_gmt":"2017-10-28T00:58:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.delina.com.au\/?p=1261"},"modified":"2017-10-28T11:58:04","modified_gmt":"2017-10-28T00:58:04","slug":"korean-tofu-tacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delina.com.au\/health\/korean-tofu-tacos\/","title":{"rendered":"Korean Tofu Tacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-1261\"  class=\"panel-layout\" >\n<div id=\"pg-1261-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\"  data-style=\"{&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;,&quot;cell_alignment&quot;:&quot;flex-start&quot;}\" >\n<div id=\"pgc-1261-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell panel-grid-cell-empty\"  data-weight=\"0.333333333333\" ><\/div>\n<div id=\"pgc-1261-0-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell panel-grid-cell-mobile-last\"  data-weight=\"0.333333333333\" >\n<div id=\"panel-1261-0-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"0\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >\n<div class=\"textwidget\">\n<p><strong>Recipe by Jeremy Dixon \u2013 Revive Caf\u00e9 Auckland<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makes 3 x 3 taco serves<\/p>\n<p>9 soft corn tacos<br \/>\n680g (24oz) tofu very finely chopped<br \/>\n2 teaspoon oil<strong><\/p>\n<p>SOY MARINADE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons chilli puree or freshly chopped chilli<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ginger puree or finely chopped ginger<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons lime or lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic crushed or chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon honey or date puree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 cups iceberg lettuce sliced very finely<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh coriander (clinatro) roughly chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 spring onions (green onions) finely sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Garnish:<\/strong> sweet chilli sauce<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lightly fry the tofu in the oil for 5 mins or until firm<\/li>\n<li>Mix marinade ingredients in a large cup, drizzle over hot tofu and cook for a further 5 mins or until all absorbed<\/li>\n<li>Chop lettuce, coriander and spring onions. Stir rice vinegar, lime juice and tamari in a cup and mix in with the green vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Warm the corn tacos on a non-stick pan for a couple of seconds. Sometimes if they are dry you may need to spray with water briefly<\/li>\n<li>Lay out the taco on your counter and spoon on tofu mix followed by the green salad ingredients .Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce or relish of your choice<\/li>\n<li>Pick up each taco by the sides and place on serving plates.
