Here&#8217;s a smoothie recipe that uses it in the most refreshing way while offering a host of health benefits!<\/p>\n<p>Turmeric would have to be one of Mother Nature&#8217;s best gifts! With\u00a0uses\u00a0from detoxing the body, lower inflammation and support healthy immune system.<\/p>\n<p>Pineapples\u00a0contain the digestive enzyme bromelain, a natural enzyme that supports the digestive system in breaking down and absorbing nutrients from the food we eat.
